» Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant,have had a recent surgery or have any medical concerns, are advised to consult their doctor before booking any spa services. Please advise us of any allergies so we may use products that are appropriate for you.
» As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given for any cancellation or change to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late and do not call, another guest may take your place. We will try our best to accommodate you.
» We are not responsible for your lost or stolen valuables.
» We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates are not refundable and have no cash value. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
» While children are welcome, we ask that you keep them in your sight. We are not responsible for the safety of your children.
» We strive to give you outstanding service. If for any reason your visit with us was less than satisfactory, please notify the management immediately.
» A gratuity of 15%-20% (cash) of services is greatly appreciated.
